Bond Spotlight - CF5106 Enforcement

Need to register a new entity with Customs or update an address? Be sure to use CBP's latest Customs Form 5106 to avoid bond filing delays!

As of February 1, 2024, CBP will only accept the latest CF5106 version.  All other versions of the form will be rejected.  A rejected CF5106 may delay a new bond filing which can potentially lead to disruptions within the bond principal's operations.

Avoid bond filing delays due to rejections of your CF5106 filings by using only CBP’s latest version of the "Create/Update Importer Identity Form" (aka CF5106) CBPForm 5106.  Contact IB&M's Bond Team for assistance at bond@Intlbondmarine.com
